Bug 879606 fixed the top window border for Windows classic and Windows XP modern themes. Glass themes should already be fine. Custom themes aren't covered, though, and I'm not sure what we could do about them, but we should at least think about this case / track it.

We no longer support XP, and I don't think it's worth putting effort in this for Windows 7 if it's even a problem there. I'm fairly confident this bug doesn't apply to Windows 8 or 10.
