976301 - offset scroll positions when switching between fxmetro and fxdesktop sessions

When you switch between the fxmetro and fxdesktop environments, the scroll positions will have a slight offset. This is most likely due to the difference in window sizes.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
3) Select any random article from the front page (try selecting a lengthy article)
4) Once the article has loaded, scroll to something near the middle of the article
5) Slide in the navigation app bar and select "Settings" -> "Relaunch in Desktop"
6) You'll notice that scroll position will be slightly offset

Current Behavior:

- Scroll positions will have a slight offset when switching between fxmetro and fxdesktop sessions

Expected Behavior:

- Scroll positions should be at the same place when switching between fxmetro and fxdeskop sessions

Found the issue using the following build:
