+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #869314 +++

(jimm reports on IRC that the dropdown marker is missing in form controls. I'm pretty sure this is the same bug as previously reported on OSX (bug 869314) and a similar fix should resolve this.)

If there is any background specified drop-downs no longer show the arrow(s) to the right.

Could be related to the OSX-scrollbar(Bug 636564) changes.

For easier debugging, you can get this on desktop by setting 'ui.useOverlayScrollbars' to 1 in desktop prefs.

To be honest, aside from the missing black drop down arrow that displays in these input, I actually prefer this look. I could live without the full mouse hover button.

Verified as fixed, for iteration #19, with latest Nightly from 2013-12-06, on Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit, using http://jsfiddle.net/mQxBz/1/ -> the arrows are displayed.
