Using build 2001051604 on Win98.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open preferences dialog
2) Click on Navigator | Helper Applications section
3) Click on New Type...
4) Type text/html in the MIME type field and click OK
5) Moz will ask if you want to replace the helper for text/html that already
exists
6) Click OK
Expected Behavior:
Current message box and New Type dialogs will close, committing the changes
entered.
Actual Behavior:
Message box closes but New Type dialog stays open until Cancel is clicked.

This appears to fix part of the problem... It makes the dialogs stay when they
should and go away when they should. :)
Saying "Yes, I want to replace this MIME type" doesn't really replace it 100%.
I think that might be a back-end thing... I'll do more investigating.
nav triage team:
We don't think users override mime handlers with new handlers very often. Pushing
