78295 - Prefs: category/twisty for Mail and Newsgroups should be expanded

it has been so long, i hadn't realized that this was a feature that had
regressed [see scalkin's comments in
http://bugscape.netscape.com/show_bug.cgi?id=4329]. anyhow, when the user brings
up the Preferences dialog from either the mailnews 3pane or mailnews standalone
windows, the Mail and Newsgroups category should not only be selected, but also
expanded to show its children.

question for nbaca/jglick --i noticed that when i open Prefs from a mail compose
window, *no* category is selected... what *should* be selected in that case
--Mail and Newsgroups, or Composer? thx!

jglick: What do you think? I would assume the "Mail and Newsgroups" category or
even "Mail and Newsgroups|Message Composition".

Thanks for catching this. Mail Compose as well as Address Book should do the 
same as 3 pane Mail.

I think just the top level Mail and Newsgroups is fine, esp since prefs is still 
changing.

Opening Prefs from Three Pane Mail and Standalone is currently working as
expected (Mail & Newsgroups twistie is expanded and M & N is selected). 

Opening Prefs from Mail Compose still not as expected though. M & N is collapsed
and nothing is selected.

marking worksforme. Composition is selected and Mail & Newsgroups is expanded
when opening prefs from the Compose window.
