(Note: this is filed as part of the “Paper Cut” bugs — we assume that there may be multiple existing bugs on this. Please make them block this bug, and we will de-dupe if they are indeed exactly the same. Thanks!) Whenever a web site asks to open windows without scrollbars, with no toolbar, etc, we should respect this — but make it possible to revert — e.g. turn toolbar/scrollbars back on, resize, etc. Recommendation: - Add a general "Restore window capabilities" (obviously not with that wording ;) menu item to the right-click menu both in content and if you right-click the window itself. - On Mac OS X, let the "pill button" in the top right turn these capabilities back on.
Resizing was already fixed in bug 177838.
