File "New Tab" will work, but CTRL T will not. Note: This is intermittent. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Lot into Pandora 2.Leave it on for a while 3.Grain focus on Pandora tab 4> Press CTRL-T Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: a new tab should open
