Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Compose new email or reply to one. 2. 3. Actual Results: Cursor ignores navigation keystrokes from arrow keys. The mouse is the only way to move the cursor in the edit pane. (Cursor still works in the To and Subject panes.)
