Goal of this ticket is to determine which memory metrics could be enabled on Android (the list of metrics currently in use by desktop)

After picking the metrics to enable on Android, a decision will be made to whether mirror them on Android (https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/toolkit/components/glean/user/gifft.html), or to re-implement them using Glean infra.
