A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#10740.

[css-shapes-2] Interpolation between `shape()` and `path()` needs more detail

  • RESOLVED: Align `from` with the mandated first move.

Discussion.

This bug should be easy. Just make sure our interpolation code work with the new assumption.
