A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#10666.

[css-shapes-2] Order of points and control points in `shape()`

  • RESOLVED: Make the order strict: endpoints before control points.

Discussion.

This resolution may have been reverted in today's CSSWG meeting (the resolution that we captured in bug 1931047); I posted https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10666#issuecomment-2474661439 to double-check.
