Steps to reproduce:

Start Firefox 121.0 on Wayland 1.22.0-1, Hyprland-nvidia 0.31.0-2, arch linux kernel 6.6.7-arch-1-1.

Actual results:

top and left of window is cut off, menus have very small text, mouse position and pointer seem to be offset with respect to each other. weird artifacts on the bottom of the page.

Expected results:

Top and left of window normal, menus having normal size, mouse position and pointer position aligned, no artifacts on the bottom of the page.

The bug can be worked around via right-clicking tabs bar, choosing 'Customize Toolbar', and enabling checkbox on 'Title Bar' in the bottom-left corner of the window. As documented here: https://www.reddit.com/r/hyprland/comments/18orv45/help_with_cut_firefox_windows/

I have the same issue. I've found that it's fixed when running with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=0, so it's a wayland issue-- I think 121.0 was the first update to turn on wayland by default, so that would explain things.

Please uninstall the outdated and no longer existing hyprland-nvidia package and install hyprland or hyprland-git.

Upstream hyprland no longer requires patches at build time for NVIDIA
compatibility. The hyprland-git package now runs on NVIDIA, making
the hyprland-nvidia-git package obsolete.

Vaxry (hyprland maintaner) says that hyprland-nvifia shoudln't be used
anymore because it's no longer needed and "dangerously out-of-date".
Also he says that "hyprland or hyprland-git should be used instead"
