Bug 1308080 uncovers a multicol issue where we move spanner slightly up after a dynamic change. Before that bug we reframed less, so the bug was covered. I couldn't reproduce the bug on Windows nor Linux, and the test passes on Linux and Android.
I can't try to repro on macOS right now, but can try to figure out there in the coming weeks.
