User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/92.0.4515.107 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Customize OS closed caption settings
Open a video that displays unstyled captions (i.e., not styled using :cue) using a VTT track

Actual results:

OS-level closed caption styles (font, color, background, etc.) are not passed through like in Edge, Safari, and Chrome.

Expected results:

OS-level closed caption settings should be passed through.

Blocks: webvtt

I was able to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 92.0a1 (2021-07-22)(64-bit), Beta version 91.0b5, and Firefox Release 90.0.2 on macOS 10.15 using this URL: https://www.iandevlin.com/html5test/webvtt/html5-video-webvtt-sample.html.
I'll attach the evidence on 3 files and I'll change flags accordingly. Severity suggested S3.
