Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable widget.disable-native-theme-for-content in Nightly. I'm using Windows 10.
  2. Restart Nightly.
  3. Open about:debugging
  4. Click "This Nightly" on left side of page.
  5. Click "Load Temporary Add-on" button.
  6. When the file dialog opens, press ESC to dismiss it.

Result

The "Load Temporary Add-on" button has a blue focus ring, but the top edge is cut off. See the attached screenshot.

Fixing this bug is probably as easy as repositioning the "Load Temporary Add-on" button on the about:debugging page, but it worries me that the non-native focus ring is going to cause other layout webcompat issues on websites.

Attached image native theme

This is also an issue with the native theme to be clear.
