First batch of new GCPM tests I've been working on.

I've marked a few of these as tentative as there are discussions that need to be had on the correct functionality - I've included pointers to the comments within the tests to show the relevant issues. I believe adding these before the issues are resolved is still useful, as it demonstrates the point of the issue.

Once they're resolved one way or another I can revisit these and resolve them one way or another.
