Steps to reproduce:
click an addon icon in the folded menu (near the hamberger menu icon).
Actual results:
The popup cannot resize itself to show the whole content. Its width still keeps that of the folded menu.
Expected results:
A auto-resized popup to show the whole content.

Hi,
I've reproduced this issue on the latest Nightly 65.0a1 20181112220107 both on Win10 x64 and macOS 10.12.
I am assigning a component to this issue in order to involve the development team and get an opinion on this.
