User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the extension, (I tried Cliqz, Ghostery, Lastpass)
2. Check that the icon of the extension is on the tool bar
3. Resize the window till the extension's icon is moved to Overflow menu
4. Click on Overflow menu icon, then on the extension's icon
Actual results:
The content inside popup is displayed incorrectly, there are white parts and/or it is cut from the bottom/right
Expected results:
The popup should be displayed correctly

I reproduced the same issue on latest Nightly on windows 7 with uBlock and uMatrix (it is not specific to an extension).
It looks like the menu is not resized to accomodate the extension, it's either too large or not large enough.
STR: No need to resize the window, just addthe extension icon in the overflow menu.
