:mreavy- this is a new failure as of yesterday with a very high failure rate- can you help find someone to look at this bug sooner rather than later?

This looks like the same problem as bug 1388550, only for RTCPeerConnection-getStats.html instead of RTCPeerConnection-addTrack.html which we disabled for stylo.
See bug 1388550 comment 7. No-one understands why this only happens with stylo, but the (or a) bug is these tests should be run with fake devices, not real devices, and "NotFoundError" is a gUM bug from not finding any real mics or cameras on test machines.
