Steps to reproduce:
(0. This is on latest Nightly, not sure if the version "56 Branch" is correct; Debian Sid x86_64; Gnome 3.22)
1. Install Test Pilot extension
2. Move its icon from page actions panel into “More tools” dropdown
Actual results:
The icon of the extension is weirdly clipped (see screenshot)
Expected results:
The icon should be correctly scaled down.
