Also for macosx64-nightly/opt, I think you need to have disable_signing.py included. The nightlies on other platforms have it.
cat testing/mozharness/configs/disable_signing.py
config = {
'enable_signing': False,
}
It's used to disable the use moz_sign_cmd. The naming is confusing.
