wpt test runner doesn't recognize the --parallel-stylo-traversal flag, causing several wpt tests to fail on try:

^ A try run with the wpt running successfully, there are some stylo-specific failures but at least the runner is not complaining anymore. We'll add proper failure expectations and enable wpt on linux64-stylo platform in a later bug.
