this bug has been increasing in frequency, almost high enough to look into it.

This is a stylo-vs-gecko reftest, and the difference is just some subpixel rendering... this is tricky. Given that we don't fail for stylo-vs-stylo, I don't think this is really a big issue. I think the reason that it happens more in the current week simply because we start running tests on linux32-stylo, which may double (or at least increase by 50%) any intermittent frequency on stylo. So I'm not particularly worried about this.
