From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204 BuildID: 2002020406 When I want to decrease the size of the displayed font I use CTRL + - but for some weird reason I can't increase it again with CTRL + + Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just try pressing CTRL + +
Which plus are you using? The one on the numeric keypad or the one next to the backspace key? Are you holding down shift at the same time?
Seeing this on 2002020703 Win 98. Confirming. Have no idea were this belongs though...

Markus, could you answer my questions? Which plus key are you using? Are you using shift?
I see this too. On the numeric keypad, only minus key works. "Regular" plus and minus keys work for me. Finnish keyboard layout, Moz 20020214 Win2K. Holding down only Ctrl, with Ctrl-Shift they don't do anything.
Works for me (except I'm using the Apple key instead of Control : i am on a mac) on 0.9.8 / Mac OS X CFM
WFM on linux, cvs today
