When I want to decrease the size of the displayed font I use CTRL + - but for
some weird reason I can't increase it again with CTRL + +
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just try pressing CTRL + +

Which plus are you using? The one on the numeric keypad or the one next to the
backspace key? Are you holding down shift at the same time?

Markus, could you answer my questions? Which plus key are you using? Are you
using shift?

I see this too. On the numeric keypad, only minus key works. "Regular" plus and
minus keys work for me. Finnish keyboard layout, Moz 20020214 Win2K. Holding
down only Ctrl, with Ctrl-Shift they don't do anything.
