Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20150725030209 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open http://www.cbsnews.com/evening-news/ and pick up a video footage. 2. By mouse wheel, scroll down the page to the bottom after the video starts. Actual results: The video follows scrolling and still appears in the view area for some time. I can reproduce it in Firefox Nightly 42.0a1 (Build ID:20150725030209) with a clean profile. User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Expected results: The video goes out of the view area. If you turn layers.async-pan-zoom.enabled false, then you can get the expected result.

Thanks for the report! This is a known issue with APZ, which will be fixed before it rides the trains.
