From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20010917 BuildID: 2001091711 Clicking "check your account" should take you to https://mileageplan.alaskaair.com/ssl/activity/start.asp Instead, it does absolutely nothing. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://mileageplan.alaskaair.com/awardsAmtrak.asp 2.Click "check your account" Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: Should go to requested link.
WFM with a current linux CVS build. The link is to a secure page. Reporter: Do you have PSM installed?
Got private mail from reporter: ">Reporter: Do you have PSM installed? No. I can go to lots of secure pages, though." Bob: You can reply to bugmails by clicking link to bug on web, near top of mail. If you can go to secure pages it would seem you DO have PSM (Personal Security Manager) installed. The PSM encryption module is an option you select when you install Mozilla, unless you simply choose the "Complete" installation. I'm not 100% convinced you have it installed yet.. On secure sites using encryption you see will the "open lock" icon bottom right corner of browser change to a yellow locked lock. Are you seeing that when going to other secure sites?
Got mail from reporter: "Uh, NOW it's not going to any secure sites. I was working OK prior to re-installing mozilla-0.9.4-2.i386.rpm yesterday."
Now I've installed mozilla-psm-0.9.4-2.i386.rpm, and the problem has gone away. Sorry for the trouble.
